His legal career began at the prestigious New Jersey law firm, Lowenstein Sandler, where he practiced for over 10 years. In 2006, he opened his own private practice in Trenton, New Jersey, where he has since been providing the highest quality legal services to individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations, throughout the State.

Patrick is detail-oriented and a highly analytical legal professional with over 30 years of experience in handling a diverse caseload. Patrick has extensive Trial Work experience at both the Federal and State Court level. He has prevailed in numerous successful Consumer Fraud class actions against large real estate companies, including Kushner Companies, and commercial landlords. He has successfully litigated and negotiated numerous New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), Civil Rights, and Public Interest actions. Some examples include:

- Successful Civil Rights litigation against a variety of police and governmental entities, to protect the constitutional rights of citizens by targeting police misconduct and abuse, as well as discrimination and racism.
